Informar los datos completos de todos los huéspedes para el registro en la portería

El acceso se libera por reconocimiento facial en la primera puerta y será verificado individualmente por el portero, con una clave que enviaremos por el chat de la plataforma. ¡Estate atento(a) a los mensajes tras confirmar la reserva!

Según el Estatuto del Niño y del Adolescente (Ley 8.069/90), solo se permite la estadía de menores acompañados o autorizados por sus padres o tutores legales.

Our 2-bedroom apartment has been carefully prepared to offer a complete and cozy stay. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with a double bed in each bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.

The bedrooms are equipped with split air conditioning, and we provide a tabletop fan for the living area, ensuring a pleasant temperature year-round. For your entertainment, the Smart TV allows you to access your favorite apps and enjoy great moments. The Wi-Fi connection is fast and stable—perfect for both work and leisure.

The kitchen is fully equipped: a modern induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals with ease and comfort. From plates, glasses, and cutlery—everything is ready to make you feel at home.

We also thought about the small details that make a difference: we provide a hairdryer and standard 110V voltage for your convenience.

For your comfort, we offer a full set of bed and bath linen, including:

1 bath kit per guest (body and face towel)

Bedding with fitted and top sheet

1 pillow with pillowcase per guest

1 microfiber blanket per bed
